Responsibilities include drafting ITNs and solicitation documents, validating requirements, creating templates, overseeing IT infrastructure projects, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. The Project Manager will provide leadership, ensure continuous process improvement, and maintain detailed documentation and reporting. Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills are essential. Experience in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies is a plus
